We are in the process of filing an application for exemption from federal and state taxation.  While we have every reason to believe
that we will qualify for these exemptions, there is no assurance that your contribution will be deductible until we receive a letter from

The WGIRLSNYC would like to thank everyone who supported our Opportunity Rocks event to benefit
Opportunity Network and Harlem RBI. Thanks to the over 800 guests in attendance, we exceeded our fund
raising goal by netting over $30,000 to support these amazing organizations. 100% of the proceeds from
The Opportunity Rocks will be donated to help underprivileged children in our community  to realize their
