| About Us The W Girls was founded by a group of young professional women in NYC committed to helping others through donations of their time, energy and talents. The W Girls name originated when the group decided to initiate once a week get togethers to hang out, catch up and plan events.....over drinks. Nights out with just the girls perpetually fell on Wednesdays and hence the name was born. W Girls benefits are hosted in partnership with established charity organizations and focus on assisting underprivileged women and children in New York City as well as helping those in need around the world. Through our events we have had the opportunity to introduce hundreds of people to one another, make new friends and party all for the benefit of great causes.
