NYC not-for-profit 501(c)(3) status pending 2008

We are in the process of filing an application for exemption from federal and state taxation.  While we believe that we will qualify for
these exemptions, contributions to The W Girls, Inc. will not be deductible until we receive a letter from the IRS confirming that we are
a tax-exempt organization.  Assuming our applications are granted, our tax-exempt status and the deductibility of contributions will be
retroactive to February 1, 2007, the date of our incorporation.  However, if the Internal Revenue Service refuses to grant to us
tax-exempt status, no donations will be considered tax-deductible to donors.  So that we may advise you once we receive a response
to our application, please provide your contact information with any contribution you make to The W Girls, Inc.
